Receipta Cloud and ChatGPT Terms Supplement
Effective 4 October 2026. This supplement covers the Receipta cloud account and ChatGPT connection.
Scope and your authorization
Receipta connects your authorized account to tools for receipt records, evidence, organization and reports. You are responsible for having authority to supply information about other people and for confirming which ledger an action should affect. Sharing your ChatGPT login does not merge Receipta accounts, but people using that authorized ChatGPT account or session may be able to access its connected Receipta ledger. Confirm the displayed ledger before each change and disconnect connections you no longer want shared.
Review your records
Extraction and AI interpretation can be incorrect. Check merchants, dates, currency, amounts, tax treatment, business identifiers, invoice details and duplicate candidates. Reports help organize information and are not tax, accounting, investment or legal advice.
Files and availability
Only supported file types and accessible, authorized sources can be imported. A text record is not proof that an attachment was stored. Retain independent copies of important evidence and exported reports. Services, integrations and supported functions can change; the App and the ChatGPT connection may have different entry points and availability.
Actions and recovery
Corrections change saved data. Confirm the selected record before deleting or overwriting it. Recoverable deletion differs from permanent removal, and disconnecting ChatGPT differs from deleting cloud records. The cloud privacy notice explains the currently implemented controls and limitations.
Third-party services
Apple, Google, OpenAI and other providers you independently use have their own applicable terms. Receipta MCP does not independently access an email inbox, make payments, file tax returns or provide access to Secure Pro.
Support and applicable rights
Contact developer@tandlhealthservice.com.au for support, privacy requests or a concern about these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer guarantees.
